SoftExpert Data Lab is a component that uses data science methods to analyze performance and productivity, identifying issues beforehand.
Based on the available analyses, users can better plan ahead. SoftExpert Data Lab provides two types of analysis: KPI forecasting and process mining analysis.
The Key Performance Indicator analysis predicts future values from historical data. This type of analysis uses mathematical models to assess the patterns and trends of performance indicators and perform forecasts. This feature obtains data from SoftExpert Performance or from an associated .xls file.
The process mining analysis offers a clearer view of processes through event logs. The steps of process activities generate these logs in the system, which process mining uses to explore the variants and verify the conformity of the processes.

The component is divided into the following menus:
